Nobu 30.

Celebrating three decades of success.

2024 marked the 30th year of the Nobu brand, which has grown from a small restaurant in LA to a global portfolio of over 75 restaurants and hotels. To celebrate, Chef Nobu hosted 600 friends, staff, chefs, and business partners at a special event at The Glasshouse, NYC.

For one night only, Sense transformed the venue into the newest destination on the Nobu map, conceptualising, designing, and producing a journey through the brand’s history – ensuring its most important people, menus, and signature hospitality were at the heart of the evening.

Key moments included a traditional Sake barrel-breaking ceremony with partners, a 60ft mural mapping the brand’s global growth, a culinary journey through Nobu’s most iconic dishes, a limited-edition tequila collaboration with artist KAWS, and a live performance by sixteen-time GRAMMY-winning musician, David Foster.

Huge congratulations to our tireless teams on both sides of the pond for making this brand event such a success, and heartfelt thanks to the Nobu team for trusting us with this remarkable occasion.
