Westfield’s Coppermaker Square isn’t your ordinary development – promising ‘rental living reinvented’ it offers best-in-class amenities in East London’s most vibrant neighbourhood. So, when Sense was tasked with raising awareness amongst potential tenants, we knew that a traditional marketing suite just wouldn’t cut it.
Introducing ‘Be There’, an interactive concept which enabled Londoners to imagine their lives at the Coppermaker Square through the eyes of the diverse community that will reside there.
Prospects were invited to choose a 3D-printed, RFID-enabled character that best represented themselves or life stage, before placing it within our display.
This choice triggered bespoke content that took the viewer on a personalised tour of the stunning, sustainably-minded development, from which a dedicated host could further tailor any information requested.
From exceptional work and social facilities, cheering crowds at nearby London Stadium, state-of-the-art-gym, thriving neighbourhood or just tranquillity of the open green spaces and pool within the grounds – the ‘Be There’ experience proved that there is something for everyone at East London’s brightest new address.
